Our journey

Founded in 1944, we’ve grown from a Gothenburg-based freight forwarder to a leading port agency across Sweden and Denmark. In 2005, we joined Sirius Rederi AB, splitting chartering and port agency into two dedicated arms: Sirius Chartering AB and Vald. Andersons Shipagency AB.

Since then, we’ve scaled from 300 to over 2,000 port calls annually, with offices throughout Sweden. In 2024, we expanded into Denmark and rebranded as Sirius Agency Marine Solutions – a name that reflects our all-in, full-service commitment to clients across the maritime sector.
